Product description:
-Silicone hose is made by the reinforced 304 stainless steel wire braided PTFE and platinum silicone. Widely used in liquid and semi fluid food, medicine and cosmetic products, bio engineering.
-Standard length is 20 meters per roll, and we also can produce the specified size and length according to customer requirements. Our hose products has passed the certification
of the United States FDA grade and Class VI USP and German BFR.
Product characteristics:
-The working temperature range of -60 to +200 degrees Celsius and can reach 220 degrees Quality certification:
-Platinum silicone hoses pass the United States FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 (food and Drug Administration) food grade certification.
-Platinum silicone hoses pass the German BFR parts XV standard certification and LFBG certification.
-Platinum silicone hose is in accordance with the United States Class VI USP grade standard certification.
-Platinum silicone hose is in accordance with the EU directive 2008/95/ECC limitation usage of certain hazardous substances (RoHS) recognition.
-Platinum silicone hose is in accordance with ISO10993, NSF51 and European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9 requirements.

铁氟龙（PTFE）铂金硅胶软管BT40系列：
——工作温度范围‘-60oC / +200oC 在短时间内可达到 220oC
——具有极好耐强酸和强碱性能，有极好的化学稳定性。可以耐高压，内壁有具有很好耐磨性。
——具有极好弯曲性，内壁光滑清洁，易清洗不粘水，用清洗物清洗后不附着任何残留物，可采用高温高压蒸汽消毒和灭菌。
——无嗅、无味,完全无毒，不含任何塑化剂和添加剂成分。完全符合食品FDA和生物医用级USP VI的要求。
